David Tyree happy to share spot in New York sports lore with OG Anunoby’s miracle tip-in

He was feeling like so many longtime Knicks fans, upset with what he was watching from home and so David Tyree switched vantage points, moving upstairs last Wednesday for the second half of Game 4 of the NBA Finals. Two of his sons remained downstairs and David Tyree shouted down to them “The Knicks are gonna win. I don’t know how but they’re gonna win!’’ The Knicks trailed the Spurs by 27 points at halftime and there was no reason to think they were gonna win.
