On Tuesday, police attempted to pull over 24-year-old Jason Kenon, who was driving with an adult passenger and two children, ages 1 and 4, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Kenon, who had multiple active warrants for his arrest, sped away and was seen zigzagging through lanes of traffic in Orlando.
