Naughty nurse accused of moonlighting as serial criminal with 77 victims

A 71-year-old nurse has been accused of stealing from her elderly patients as she is charged with 77 felonies over her unlicensed home care business. Santa Barbara County District Attorney John T. Savrnoch said Rosanne Marquis stole from her victims, failed to file accurate tax returns and did not make required deductions or payments to the state Employment Development Department on behalf of her employees for years.
