A wealthy Palm Springs street has descended into all-out war over a millionaire homeowner’s flashy new gate. Jordan Smith says he has been locked in battle with his homeowners association after he put up a large blue entrance on the gated Escena Golf Club property when he moved last March. He claims after he erected it he was inundated with a campaign of harassment, complaints and violation notices, News Channel 3 reported.
