A deaf Asian NYPD techie endured a twisted two-year campaign of sick sexual and racial harassment from a pair of male cops who tried to coax her into seamy threesomes, a bombshell new lawsuit claims. Civilian computer worker Megan Kwan — who relies on hearing aids and lip-reading to communicate — says in Manhattan court documents that her nightmare culminated with one of the sex-obsessed officers pulling a loaded gun on her inside NYPD headquarters after repeated rejections. “What I had to tolerate was degrading in a way I still struggle to put into words,” Kwan told The Post.
