WASHINGTON — He still hasn’t kiked it.   Embattled Maine Senate hopeful Graham Platner still has an active account on Kik, the anonymous app known for being a hotbed of hookups and adultery, where he allegedly sexted several women while married.   Despite the firestorm the horny oyster farmer has faced over his alleged extramarital sexting on the app, Platner’s account, “Phustle0331,” which bears his name and claims to have been active for 3,611 days remains active as of noon on Monday, The Post has verified using a dummy account that was promptly deleted.
