New York City Schools Chancellor Kamar Samuels makes an eye-watering $363,000 a year, The Post has learned. His boss, Mayor Zohran Mamdani, is paid $258,750 by city taxpayers. The schools chancellor received an over $100,000 raise from his district superintendent job when Mamdani hand-picked him to run the Department of Education.
