Spencer Pratt has a plan to treat the “heavenly” animals forgotten on the streets of Los Angeles with reverence if voters name him the city’s next mayor. Pratt released a nearly 10-minute video Saturday of his five-step plan to combat animal abuse. “There’s a reason ‘Dog” is just ‘God’, backwards; they share an unconditional love for mankind,” he wrote on X.
