She’s seas-ing the moment.   An Olympic sailor navigated her way though the notoriously filthy and “shocking” shores of the Gowanus Canal Wednesday — just days before she hoists anchor on her bid to defend her New York SailGP championship. Spain’s Nicole van der Velden and dozens of other athletes from across the globe gathered at the toxic Brooklyn waterway’s banks as part of an environmental clean-up event before this weekend’s annual yachting competition on the Hudson River.
