NYPD launches manhunt for sweater-swapping goons who shot up NYC playground

The NYPD is looking for a pair of gun-toting thugs who riddled a Bronx playground with bullets and took off in a getaway car — with the two caught swapping sweaters on police surveillance video. The shooters approached a group of people at the Bathgate Playground shortly after 5 p. m.
