Giants lose rookie corner Thaddeus Dixon to torn Achilles

The Giants lost one of the players they signed as an undrafted free agent when cornerback Thaddeus Dixon tore his Achilles tendon during workouts on Wednesday. Dixon played college football at Washington and finished up with Bill Belichick at North Carolina. A hamstring injury limited him to only seven games during the 2025 season and hurt his NFL draft evaluations, causing him to go undrafted.
