Passengers were left scrambling to find their way home from Los Angeles International Airport over the weekend after Spirit Airlines abruptly shuttered operations. “There’s no way that we can get it back, especially the Airbnb and all the expenses that we did for trips,” Paloma Zuniga, who was supposed to fly from LAX to New York this week, told NBC Los Angeles. “It’s crazy what’s going on.
