A callous crook swiped a pricey motorized wheelchair from a New York City building — plopping himself in the driver’s seat before making a slow getaway, according to wild surveillance footage. Cops are now hunting for the brazen bandit who allegedly wandered into an apartment building at 888 Grand Concourse in the Bronx around 2:11 a.
