Straphangers thrown onto NYC subway platform, punched, and robbed in latest string of transit attacks

A maniac threw a stranger onto a Bronx subway platform and kicked him as he tried to hoist himself to safety in the latest terrifying incident in a string of attacks on the same subway line. An unidentified man approached a 39-year-old straphanger on the northbound 6 train platform at the East 149 Street subway station just after 8:30 p. m.
