A religious leader of a Queens mosque was arrested for allegedly groping and molesting multiple young girls, according to authorities and reports. Tajul Islam, 55, was arrested on Monday by the Queens Child Abuse Squad on charges of sexual abuse, forcible touching, and unlawfully dealing with a child for multiple alleged disturbing incidents that occurred over a week in April, according to the NYPD. Tajul Islam, 55, was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing multiple girls at the Masjid Bilal Queens Islamic Center in Jamaica.
