A 39-year-old alleged pedophile was arrested early Thursday when a vigilante group held a sting operation that nabbed him trying to lure a “teen” in Central Park, cops and sources said.   Ryan Rosario met with a 22-year-old woman who had posed as a 15-year-old girl looking to “engage in sexual activity” just after 1 a. m.
