This boy’s blue in the face. A Cincinnati cop tried, and failed, to chase down a defiant cyclist in a viral “cat-and-mouse” scuffle recorded by a bystander — and the clip has since been viewed more than 10 million times online. The officer was trying to rip something out of the cyclist’s hands when he pivoted and put the younger man in a headlock, the video taken earlier this month shows.
