Video shows dumpster company unload mounds of trash on Bay Area resident’s driveway for failing to pay

A Bay Area dumpster company upset with a customer it accused of failing to pay for a bin rental unloaded on the client by dumping a mountain of trash on the person’s property. Martin Perez, owner of Express Rental Dumpster, said the customer in San Pablo rented one of his dumpster bins to get rid of piles of trash at their home. Perez said there was an issue with the credit card number he received from the client and numerous attempts to get the person to pay were ignored.
