A Honda car had been near Altman’s $27 million Russian Hill mansion early Sunday morning – before pulling up outside and a shot was fired from the vehicle’s passenger window, the San Francisco Standard reported. A security guard heard the shot, and the car fled the scene, but its license plate was caught on surveillance footage, leading cops to swoop on a home.
