Spencer Pratt rages after shootout at massive street takeover

Spencer Pratt has raged against the menace of Los Angeles street takeovers after four were shot during a raucous meet early Sunday. A large crowd can be seen watching people hang out of their car windows in Rosemead, spinning the vehicles out of control followed by trails of smoke. Streamer Adrian, also known as SweaterGXD, filmed the chaotic moment shots broke out as people ran for cover.
