A man was fatally stabbed and his girlfriend slashed in a frenzied attack that left “blood sprayed on the walls’’ of their Queens home early Sunday, law-enforcement sources and neighbors said. Cops arrived at 101-11 86 Ave. in Richmond Hill around 2:24 a.
