The two alleged perps were caught on camera colliding with an oncoming vehicle in East Williamsburg just moments after a stray bullet struck Kaori Patterson-Moore in the head two blocks away on Wednesday afternoon. The duo was thrown headfirst over the scooter — with the passenger crashing so hard to the pavement that one of his shoes flew off his feet.
