Netflix seeks to add more NFL games as league renegotiates media rights deals

Streaming service Netflix is looking to add more NFL games to its offerings, eying an expansion from two to a four-game package.   Netflix is interested in adding the NFL’s new Thanksgiving Eve game and an international game, the Wall Street Journal reported, as the streamer looks to add on to its sports and live events options in an effort to retain and boost subscribers and advertising.   This is the final year of Netflix’s three-year deal with the NFL to carry games on Christmas.
