PHOENIX – That didn’t take long. Just two years after Las Vegas hosted its first-ever Super Bowl, the NFL is sending its big game back to Sin City. The league and Las Vegas leaders have been in exclusive negotiations to bring the Super Bowl back to Southern Nevada for just under a year, with an official announcement coming on Monday at the NFL’s owners meetings in Phoenix.
