Disgusting warning issued for major California beaches during spring break

Officials are urging the public to stay out of the ocean in affected areas, including Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Venice and Marina del Rey. In Marina del Rey, the swim zone at Mother’s Beach has been fully flagged, with visitors advised to avoid any contact with the water.
