Puka Nacua’s lawyers sent ‘make it all better’ offer to accuser weeks after biting incident: attorney

Madison Atiabi’s attorney has alleged that weeks before his client sued Puka Nacua over a New Year’s Eve incident, one of the Rams star’s representatives reached out with a “make it all better” offer. Joseph Kar, Atiabi’s lawyer, said in a statement to The California Post on Wednesday that in February — roughly six weeks after Nacua allegedly bit Atiabi during a Dec. 31, 2025 night out in Los Angeles — a colleague of Levi McCathern, Nacua’s attorney, attempted to get in touch with Atiabi.
