An idiotic content creator has been arrested after going wildly viral with a video of him pretending to propose to someone while riding on the hood of a car speeding down a Utah highway. Kaleb Bryson McLain, 20, was arrested Monday – nine days after posting the stupid stunt with flowers and a ring on the I-215 in Utah, KSTU-TV reported.
