Wild spring break pictures show a Florida reveler being hauled to the ground and handcuffed — as fed-up authorities elsewhere in the state crack down on underage partying. Photos taken by The Post in Fort Lauderdale Wednesday night show the mulleted young man, wearing a silver chain, black jeans and a tank top, lying face down on the ground while a police officer places him in handcuffs. He is later seen being led away in handcuffs by police.
