The 51-year-old “Because I Got High” rapper eviscerated Adams County Deputy Sheriff Lisa Phillips with an expletive-laden music clip posted on Instagram late Tuesday — just hours after she tearfully testified against him in court. “Where was these tears when she was standing in my yard with a loaded AR-15 ready to Swiss cheese me?” the rapper sniped in his caption.
