An 18-year-old has been arrested for the weekend shooting at Santa Monica Pier that sparked panic and chaotic scenes at the popular tourist destination. Jaysawn Williams, 18, of Rialto in San Bernardino County was busted after he went to a local hospital after the shooting Sunday night for treatment of a graze wound, according to the Santa Monica Police Department. He was taken to jail and booked on charges of assault with a firearm and grossly negligent discharge of a firearm.
