After the Seahawks signed their franchise quarterback (Sam Darnold) and the Patriots overhauled their roster during last offseason’s free agency, teams will be looking for quick fixes when the legal tampering negotiation period opens Monday. Eleven teams — more than one-third of the league — have $30 million or more in salary-cap space, led by the Chargers ($99 million), Titans ($93 million), Raiders ($88 million) and Jets ($74 million), according to OverTheCap.
