A bartender at a swanky members-only club in downtown LA has filed a bombshell lawsuit alleging she was drugged and raped by her supervisor — who she claims once told her “you’d be pregnant by now” if they had met sooner. The woman, identified in court papers as Jane Doe, sued Soho House and supervisor Leonard Marcelo Vichique Maya in Los Angeles Superior Court Wednesday, accusing them of sexual harassment, retaliation, and other claims tied to her employment at exclusive Soho Warehouse. According to the complaint, reviewed by the LA Times, Doe began working as a bartender at Soho House restaurant Berenjak in September 2025.
