One of my favorite islands, Ischia is a 50-minute ferry from mainland Italy. Mark MarinoAs a frequent traveler to Italy, I prefer to visit Ischia instead of its buzzy neighbor Capri. Ischia has lovely beaches, local boutiques, and plenty of sightseeing with fewer crowds than Capri.
