It’s a fashion felony. A scantily-clad Texas woman was slapped with cuffs after allegedly smashing her BMW into a fire hydrant while drunk. The suspected boozy driver — donning black fishnet tights, leather underwear and a skin-tight motorcycle jacket — is seen in wild photos shared by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on Friday.
