Heartless thug shoves elderly woman, steals her cane in front of NYC Target

A heartless thug shoved an elderly woman to the ground and stole her cane outside of a downtown Manhattan Target on Thursday afternoon, according to cops and sources. Police responded to an assault outside a Target located on East 14th Street and Union Square East, around 3:15 p. m.
