An Iowa State University student was accused of sexually abusing an unconscious woman during a raucous Halloween frat party after he allegedly texted the victim and admitted to assaulting her. Blake Grask, a 19-year-old civil engineering major, was charged last month with sexually abusing a woman who witnesses said was “non-verbal, not responsive, not moving and as if they were asleep,” the Iowa State Daily reported.
