Tobias Myers has his Mets marching orders — and is ‘ready for anything’

PORT ST. LUCIE — Tobias Myers has succeeded as both a starter and reliever, enhancing his value to the Mets. As he enters spring training for his new team, the right-hander said he’s been told by team officials to build up as a starter, providing additional depth as needed to a group that includes Freddy Peralta, Nolan McLean, Sean Manaea, Clay Holmes, David Peterson and Kodai Senga.
