City snow plow drivers slammed into at least five parked cars after the big snow storm recently — and then left the scene, according to police sources and car owners.    The offending plow driver reads like a rap sheet: A woman who lives at Netherland Avenue and West 236th Street in The Bronx told cops that a person operating an NYC Sanitation Truck struck her vehicle and drove off Jan 26. The snow plows didn’t stop after striking the cars, sources said.
