Isiah Kiner-Falefa’s tour of the American League East has reached Beantown. The former Yankees infielder has agreed to a one-year deal with the Red Sox, The Post’s Jon Heyman confirmed on Wednesday night. Kiner-Falefa’s deal, which was first reported by MassLive’s Chris Cotillo, is worth $6 million.
