Haley Kalil’s lawyer recently told TMZ Sports she believes a judge will grant her motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed against her by her ex-husband, former NFL player Matt Kalil, for publicly discussing intimate details about their marriage. Matt, a first-round pick by the Vikings in the 2012 NFL Draft, sued Haley for “invasive commentary” and unjust enrichment earlier this month for discussing his manhood size during an appearance on a Twitch livestream in November 2025. “We moved to dismiss the complaint because Minnesota has a longstanding commitment to free speech, which is important now more than ever,” Matthew Bialick, Haley’s lawyer, said.
