Arch Manning’s roommate transfers to rival Oklahoma in blow to Texas offense

Arch Manning is losing one of his top pass catchers.   And his roommate.   Wide receiver Parker Livingstone, who bunked with the Longhorns quarterback at Texas, is transferring to arch-rival Oklahoma, according to ESPN’s Pete Thamel.
