Delonte West arrested after being found intoxicated, unconscious

Former NBA player Delonte West was arrested after being found unconscious at a section of Fair Haven Avenue and Richmond Highway in Virginia on Nov. 3, Fairfax County Police Department told TMZ. West was so intoxicated that he was arrested for his own safety, police said, adding that they offered to take West to the hospital and he refused.
