Ziaire Williams suffers ‘minor’ back fracture but is nearing Nets return

Ziaire Williams sustained a “small, very minor” back fracture in addition to a contusion after a hard fall during the Nets’ loss Sunday in San Antonio. And while he said he has recovered quickly, he knows he’ll likely have to keep playing through some pain even after returning.   Williams will continue taking it day by day, and the key bench piece said his hope is to return Sunday when the Nets host the 76ers.
