More reinforcements are coming to the Yankees’ bullpen. The team acquired reliever Jake Bird from the Rockies ahead of Thursday’s trade deadline, The Post’s Jon Heyman reported. In exchange, the Yankees are shipping second base prospect Roc Riggio and left-handed pitching prospect Ben Shields to Colorado, according to ESPN’s Jeff Passan.
