Taxpayers are stuck with a $162. 9 billion tab for cost overruns on more than a dozen infrastructure projects, renovations of the Federal Reserve headquarters, Air Force One upgrades, and other “boondoggles,” according to a report out Tuesday. At least one of the projects is 19 years behind schedule, and five of them depend on more than $13 billion in known federal funding that Congress could rescind, according to Sen.
