‘Autistic’ uncle faces charges for chucking baby girl down trash chute of NYC building: cops

An “autistic” Staten Island man who allegedly hurled his 1-year-old niece three floors down a trash chute has been slapped with charges for the deranged stunt, cops and sources said Wednesday.   Aaron Henderson, 39, was charged with assault, unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly dropping the tot down the chute inside the family’s building on Steuben Street near Weser Avenue in Park Hill around 3:15 p. m.
