  It’s a no-go on parole for one of the notorious “Hillside Stranglers. ” Kenneth Bianchi, who was convicted of murdering 12 woman in the 1970s, has lost his latest bid for freedom this week, and will remain inside a California prison, where he’s been incarcerated since 1983. This was the eighth time the California Board of Parole rejected a parole request from Bianchi, The Post confirmed.
