The daughter of Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney could be barred from returning to Harvard University in the fall thanks to the ongoing standoff between the Trump administration and the Ivy League school, The Post has learned. Cleo Carney, who grew up in London while her father was Governor of the Bank of England, just finished her freshman year at the embattled Cambridge-based institution. She’s one of the nearly-7,000 international students whose time at Harvard could end after Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem moved to terminate the school’s student visa program for the 2025-2026 school year.
