A prison inmate was busted for recording sick, sexually explicit video chats with an 11-year-old girl using his cellmate’s electronic tablet, Pennsylvania officials said. Tyler Osborne, 30, an inmate at Berks County Jail in Leesport, was slapped with a slew of sex crime charges Wednesday after he used the prison-issued device to repeatedly order the youngster to strip her clothes and perform various sexual acts, WFMZ reported. The convicted sex offender was barred from having unsupervised contact with minors and using electronic devices, according to court documents obtained by the outlet.
