BALTIMORE — A first-inning offensive ambush Tuesday night became slightly less fun for the Yankees when Jazz Chisholm Jr. left the game with right flank discomfort. Chisholm had appeared to tweak something on a swing during his at-bat, but after being checked on by Aaron Boone and a trainer — and twisting his core to try to stretch something out — he stayed in the game and hit the next pitch for a double into the right-field corner.
